Why Weight? is a support group for women who have found that in the last few months or years they just cannot lose those pesky extra pounds. In this group you will learn what is causing this stubborn weight gain and how you can put a stop to it. Find out how to use food and supplements to relieve your weight gain. Create a plan that works for you with the help and support of other women and the knowledgeable facilitation of a Registered Dietitian.

Possible side effects may include: weight loss, better sleep, fewer night sweats, less PMS, increased love for self and others.
